Terms & Booking Policy

By booking services with Candy Pintacaritas, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Booking Deposit

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Payment

The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled event date.

  • Cancellations made with 7 days notice or more may be eligible for rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for refund of the deposit.

Event Requirements

The client agrees to provide:

  • Adequate space for the face painting setup

  • Protection from extreme weather conditions if the event is outdoors

  • Safe supervision of children during the service

Safety and Hygiene

Candy Pintacaritas follows basic hygiene practices and uses face paints intended for skin application.

Face painting will not be applied to children with visible skin irritation, open wounds, or contagious conditions.

Liability

Candy Pintacaritas is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Parents or guardians should inform the artist of any allergies before the service begins.

Right to Refuse Service

Candy Pintacaritas reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if children are not properly supervised.
